Although this company's offer is advertised as free, the charge imposed for shipping and handling of the product, ($6.95) actually makes the offer NOT free. In addition, only careful reading of the website terms and conditions disclose that fact the 15 day trial period begins when your order is placed, NOT upon receipt of the order.

On June 12, 2009, we wrote to the company requesting they voluntarily agree to modify their advertising to provide clearer disclosures to consumers on the terms and conditions of their free trial offer. To date, the company has not provided a response to our advertising concerns.
