Complainants claim that they were dissatisfied with the services purchased. Some of the allegations include; problems with accessing the directory with their login, no valid phone number given for support and most allege that the company does not respond to emails. The majority of the complainants wanted a refund before the 56 days were up, but could not get in contact with anyone from the company to request it. In one instance, the complainant felt the advertising of items for sale on the company website was misleading due to the fact that they claim to only be a directory service which are links to wholesale companies. All complainants allege the company displayed poor customer service and in general did not address the allegations of misrepresentation and poor customer service. The company responds to most of the complaints by stating that a refund was issued.
