Additional Complaint Information

Most complainants allege the company fails to obtain loan modifications, or otherwise provide foreclosure assistance services. Many complainants allege unfulfilled contracts and inability to obtain refunds. Some complainants allege the company failed to contact their lenders or they resolved their mortgage issues directly with their lender themselves. Several customers complain they cancelled their contract on the date it was signed; however, received the run-around about obtaining a refund. A few complainants allege after cancellation of the contract their checks were cashed or their bank accounts were charged. The company responds to a few complaints by stating they completed their due diligence and does not believe a refund is due or that the modification packages were submitted to the lender; however, could not proceed due to cancellation request by the customer. In a couple of instances the company issued refunds.
