    Description: On February 3, 2010, the Ohio Attorney General filed a complaint seeking injunctive relief, civil penalties and consumer restitution, alleging the company promised foreclosure rescue services to Ohioans, accepted upfront fees, but failed to deliver. The suit alleges that the company charged onsumers thousands of dollars and refused to provide refunds for services that were not provided. The case is currently pending.

All modification services must be fully completed before any money can be collected. It is also illegal to divide fees or services into components for the purpose of avoiding this law.
