The company responds to some complaints by stating they have provided the services as contracted for and they will continue to provide the services for their client. In a few cases, the company issued refunds. In general, the company denies the complaint allegations and offers explanations of the services they have provided for certain customers.

In some cases, the company will calculate what they believe will be the amount you save by utilizing their services. Generally the fee they charge will be based on the projected savings, while others charge a flat rate of several thousand dollars.
